A Different Kind Of Support
You're capable. Insightful. Responsible.
People rely on you.
On the surface, your life works.
Underneath, you may feel anxious, disconnected, exhausted or overwhelmed.
You don't need a therapist to simply reassure you.
You need someone who can listen deeply, notice what's beneath the story, and help move beyond patterns that insight alone hasn't changed.
Common Areas of Focus
Anxiety
Anxiety often lives not only in thoughts, but in the body—showing up as tension, restlessness, or a constant sense of alertness. In our work, we explore both the underlying patterns that fuel anxiety and the nervous system responses that keep it activated. Therapy supports greater regulation, flexibility, and a felt sense of steadiness rather than simply managing symptoms.
Depression
Depression can feel like heaviness, disconnection, or a loss of vitality. Together, we gently explore the emotional and relational experiences beneath the surface while also attending to how depression is held in the body. Over time, therapy can help restore movement, meaning, and a renewed sense of engagement with life.
Relationships
Relationship struggles often reflect deeper emotional patterns shaped by earlier experiences. In therapy, we explore how these patterns show up in connection with others—whether in couples work or individual therapy—while supporting new ways of relating that feel more secure, authentic, and responsive.
Trauma
Trauma is often stored beyond words, living in the nervous system and body even when the mind understands what happened. Using a paced, body-informed approach, we work to process trauma safely and gradually—integrating insight with somatic awareness so healing can occur without overwhelm. The goal is not reliving the past, but reclaiming a sense of safety and presence in the present.
Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is a complex experience shaped by both physical and emotional factors. Therapy offers a compassionate space to explore how stress, trauma, and the nervous system interact with pain, while supporting greater awareness, regulation, and agency. The work focuses on improving quality of life and fostering a more supportive relationship with your body.
Life transitions
Periods of change can unsettle even the most capable people, bringing uncertainty, grief, or questions of identity. Therapy provides space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your internal compass. Together, we work to help you move through transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
