Jennifer Boehlke, LMFT
Integrative Psychotherapy

Hello
I’m Jennifer, a licensed psychotherapist working with teens, adults, and couples in Santa Clara County and offering online therapy throughout California. I’m drawn to working with people who feel pressure to hold it all together—teens navigating expectations, adults others rely on, and anyone expected to stay strong no matter what. Strength and resilience can be powerful assets, and there are times when they matter deeply. At the same time, my own experience has shown me that healing also requires spaces where strength can soften—where we’re allowed to be human, vulnerable, and truly seen.
My Story
My work as a psychotherapist is grounded in both rigorous training and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience. I earned a degree in anthropology from Macalester College, where I studied qualitative research and the ways people interpret their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This foundation helps me notice patterns, understand context, and attend to both what is spoken and what is felt beneath the surface.
I completed my graduate training in counseling with a depth psychology emphasis at Pacifica Graduate Institute, building my clinical foundation in psychotherapy. I have advanced training in complex trauma, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems, and hold a certificate in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through the Psychedelic Coalition for Health. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, offering in-person therapy in Santa Clara County and online therapy throughout California. Across all of my work, I aim to provide a thoughtful, attuned, and collaborative space where insight, emotional experience, and the body can come together to support meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of therapy, I’m curious about the world around me—exploring California’s trails, backpacking, scuba diving, traveling to experience new cultures, and discovering fresh perspectives through books and meaningful conversations. I’m equally curious about the world within—finding insight in silence, reflection, and moments that challenge me to grow beyond my comfort zone.
