Integrative Psychotherapy

A Relational, Attuned Approach
I believe that lasting change happens when we work with both the mind and the body.
Many of the people I work with are insightful and capable, yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite understanding why they feel the way they do. Therapy becomes a space where insight alone isn’t the goal—felt change is.
My approach is integrative, combining top-down, insight-based therapy with bottom-up, body-based approaches that address how emotions and trauma are held in the nervous system.
